Choose what levels of Violence, Sex/Nudity, and Language are acceptable to you. The GameQuest engine goes out and finds all games that go up to the level of violence filtration that you have requested. If you specify that you accept the *maximum amount* of violence then you get ALL games. (ie: choosing Extreme Violence will get you all games, not just Mature rated games)

Ignore Rating Pending titles. Because titles with this rating have not yet been classified in detail, they can cause unexpected search results. For example, a potentially violent game may show up in a search in which you specified No Violence. This is because the game does not yet have any ESRP descriptors describing it's violence level. If you wish to avoid this, simply check this option. However, be aware that you will also eliminate titles that may ultimately match your criteria once they are rated.
