ENTRY: To enter, visit the PlayRage site on the World Wide Web at http://www.PlayRage.com. Follow the on-screen directions to become a PlayRage member and be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Entries must be made by 11:59pm on the last day of the quarter (March 31st, June 30th, September 30th or December 31st) to be eligible for that quarter's drawing. Only one entry per person or household sharing the same e-mail or street address.

ENTRIES BY MAIL: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mail without becoming a PlayRage member. Send your name, address, daytime and evening telephone numbers, and complete e-mail address (if you have one) on an index card to: PlayRage Quarterly Members Sweepstakes, 505 E Colorado Blvd., #M210, Pasadena, CA 91101. Entries must be enclosed in a 4_" by 9_" envelope with entrant's name and return address placed on the front left hand corner of envelope. All mail entries must be postmarked by the last day of the quarter (March 31st, June 30th, September 30th or December 31st) to be eligible for that quarter's drawing. Only one entry per quarter per person. Only one entry per envelope. All entries become the property of PlayRage and will not be returned. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen or over to enter and win, and a legal resident of and currently living in the United States, its territories or possessions. Employees and their immediate families of PlayRage, Inc. ("PlayRage"), affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, the sponsors and prize donors (collectively, "Sponsors and Administrators") are not eligible. Only one prize per household, e-mail or street address will be awarded. Persons who have won a PlayRage sweepstakes, contest or similar give-away are not eligible to win again participate in a PlayRage sweepstakes, contest or similar give-away for 180 days following the awarding of their previous prize.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing.

Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for any lost, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries. In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, PlayRage reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes, and select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these rules. PlayRage reserves the right to share entry information with Sponsors and Administrators.

WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing of all eligible entries will be held on or about the 21st day of the following quarter (January 21st, April 21st, July 21st, October 21st). If the winning entry includes a valid email address of a current PlayRage member that meets entry qualifications, that person will also win an equal or similar prize. The drawing will be conducted and judged by PlayRage, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final.

Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any additional information, waivers and releases that may be required. Winners will be required to provide full address information for shipping of prize(s). Winners will have fourteen (14) days to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release, releasing the Sponsors and Administrators from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or receipt of any prizes. Failure to comply with the foregoing may cause the winner to forfeit their prize. Return of any prize as undeliverable will disqualify a winner.

Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner's acceptance of prize will constitute permission for PlayRage, its affiliated companies, sponsors or prize donors to use winner's name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.

PRIZES:
PlayRage will select a computer or console game as a prize for each drawing. The actual game will be noted on the site. In the event that the winner is unable to accept or PlayRage is unable to ship a game for any reason, an electronic gift certificate may be substituted. Approximate Retail Value of no less than $19.95USD and not to exceed $59.95USD.

The odds of winning a prize are determined by the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. PlayRage reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes. Only the manufacturer's warranties and claims apply to the prizes.
