It's pretty simple so here we go:

1. If you sign up for a newsletter or become a member, we keep your information on file to send you that newsletter or other member-related information.
2. If you request to be removed from our system, we'll do it.
3. Parts of the site may use cookies to determine traffic information and to affect what you see on the site (for example, the membership pop-up won't hit you every time you visit us because the cookie tells it not to).
4. We don't sell your information but will include advertisements in many, if not all, of our newsletters or member-related updates.
5. If someone hands us a court-order that says "Tell us if this person is on your list - NOW!", we will comply with that order. (We like you but we're not going to take a bullet for you.)
6. If you win a contest and submit additional information to provide prize fulfillment as stated in that contest's rules, we'll keep that information on file but will not provide it to any other party (unless there's the aforementioned court-order issue).
7. If you follow a link to an affiliated site or any other 3rd party site whose link is made available on PlayRage, you are no longer covered under this privacy policy and should read their policy before providing additional information about yourself. We're not responsible for how any 3rd party uses your information.
8. We're not responsible for theft of information. Trust us, we'll be as pissed as you (if not more so) should that happen.
9. Finally, if you provide information regarding yourself, you're stating that you understand and accept this policy.

PlayRage reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time in the future. If we do that, we'll include notification of the change as a part of our regular communications to memebers and post a notice on the site.
